Shipping Policy

  • This Shipping Policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions of EMPR New Zealand Limited. You can also find further information in our Help section.


    Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of ordering is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or missed deliveries.


    Costs


    1. Each order placed is charged a standard delivery fee of $9.20 Incl. GST
    2. Orders over $575.00 Incl. GST receive free shipping.
    3. Where there is more than one part on the same order, unless otherwise agreed at time of ordering, the order will be partially shipped to you. This is based on what parts we have on hand at the time of shipping. This is at the cost to us and there will not be a separate delivery fee charged to you unless an additional delivery service is requested and agreed upon by us.
    4. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply to international shipments within the South Pacific Region.

    Couriers


    1. EMPR offers delivery exclusively within New Zealand. If you are located outside New Zealand but within the South Pacific Region you are able to arrange your own Courier.
    2. EMPR uses New Zealand Post and Courier Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery to you.
    3. If you wish to use a different service to what is on offer, you are welcome to contact our team at sales@emprgroup.co.nz with your request. Additional delivery fees may apply.

    Time Frames


    1. All orders that are placed before 3pm weekdays NZST time, where the part or parts are in stock with EMPR, will ship same day, if this cut off is missed, the order will be shipped the next working day.
    2. All orders that are not in stock will ship once the part or parts are received by EMPR. Parts not in stock show an estimated time of arrival on our website.
    3. If you have ordered a battery, due to the dangerous goods guidelines, we are unable to ship your order via express, these are required to go by road which may increase the delivery time to you.
    4. Orders ship from both our Distribution Hubs in the South Pacific and delivery times will vary depending on your delivery address.
    5. The following information is provided as a guide only depending on the parts ordered, which Distribution Hub they ship from and your delivery location. Please use the Track and Trace for up-to-date delivery information direct from the Courier once your order is shipped.

    Track and Trace


    1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification via email which will include your tacking number, allowing you to track the progress of your order.
    2. The tracking number provided may not be available for 48 hours as your order is transferred from one of our Distribution Hubs to the local courier.
    3. Where the Courier used to deliver your order was unable to complete the delivery, a card will be provided by the Courier, either via email, SMS or by leaving a physical card, with instructions on how to receive your order. It is then your responsibility to arrange the pickup or re-delivery of your order from the Courier. We may be able to take reasonable action to assist in resolving missed deliveries, but we are not liable for the missed delivery.
    4. If your order is not received within 5 working days from the time you receive your Shipping Notification and the tracking provided is not updated, please contact our team at customersupport@emprgroup.co.nz.
    5. Your shipment can be tracked online with the related Courier, using the following link – https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking.

  • Own Courier/Agent


    1. If you selected to pick up your order from our Distribution Hub, you will receive an email and/or text message advising that your order is ready to pick up. The Distribution Hub is open Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm Auckland time. Please ensure that your order is picked up within 7 days from this notification otherwise your order may be cancelled and returned to stock. Please ensure that you wait for the notification before arriving at the Distribution Hub. This ensures that the team is ready for you to arrive and there is no delay in handing your order to you.
    2. If you use your own Courier or Agent to pick-up the Order from us, we will make every effort to verify the details of the Courier or Agent. Once the Order has been released to the Courier or Agent it is then seen by us as delivered to you and we are not liable for its delivery.
